FOOOTY is a new toy that makes it possible to play anywhere, anytime you want. Inspired by the beautiful game of football and the construction fun of Lego, FOOOTY was designed to make it easy for everyone to play and be active. After a successful 2016 Kickstarter campaign, the Founder of FOOOTY wanted to grow and scale the product even further.
Action & Impact
Heartbeat Ventures began by engaging in a strategic Heartbeat Session with FOOOTY’s leadership, sensing and exploring different creative and strategic opportunities for FOOOTY, ultimately identifying and developing a clear action plan to scale the product worldwide. Moving beyond strategic planning, we implemented an online sales funnel and targeted digital marketing strategies, leading to increased user adoption of the product in over 10 countries.
